THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a Fabrication and Welding Specialist – someone who is skilled in MIG and TIG welding and has a keen eye for finish fabrication.
No NASCAR experience? No problem? We welcome experts from all fabrication backgrounds who are eager to dive into the world of NASCAR.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Lead finish fabrication projects, applying your skills to create high-performance NASCAR trucks.
Collaborate with our Crew Chief and engineers, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our team.
Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Operate and use various tools including saws, grinders, sheet metal brake, and lathe.
Experience in both MIG and TIG welding with a variety of metals (mild steel and aluminum)
Possess the ability to work with sheet metal and lexan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. Additional vocational or technical training and/or certifications in fabrication and welding is preferred.
2+ years’ experience as a fabricator and welder, preferably in a motorsports (Pavement or Dirt) or an automotive environment.
Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
Must comply with all safety regulations.

Communicates professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Must be flexible with your time to meet fixed deadlines.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall performance objevtives and goals.
Position requires having a geat attitude, taking ownership of their work, and is a team-player.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Prolonged periods of standing.
Bending, stooping required
Requires lifting and moving up to 75 lbs.
