Statesville, NC (Dec. 11, 2024) – Rackley W.A.R. Racing Development announced today the addition of Team Hornaday Development driver Isaac Kitzmiller to its 2025 Pro Late Model driver lineup. He’s set to run full-time in some 25-30 races with the organization beginning with The World Series of Asphalt at New Smyrna Speedway that lead’s up to NASCAR’s Daytona 500 in February.
“I’m beyond excited to join Rackley W.A.R. and compete in their Pro Late Model program in 2025!” Kitzmiller said. “Willie Allen and the entire team are the best in the business, and I’m looking forward to learning, growing, and gaining experience with them. I’d like to thank my parents, A.L.L. Construction Group, Candice Hornaday with Hornaday Development, and everyone who has worked hard to make this opportunity possible.”
Kitzmiller will run a combination schedule including the CARS Tour West, Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, Montgomery Speedway in Alabama, 5 Flags Speedway in Florida and more. He will not be competing for points under the current projected race schedule.

The Pro Late Model is his next natural career driving progression, and we are excited to start working with him on the new race season with our expanding development program.”
The 15-year-old from West Virginia caught the racing bug as a child watching his father, Jason Kitzmiller, race in the ARCA and Late Model series. He spent two years racing go-karts before moving to U. S. Legends Cars Int’l with Joe Ryan Racecars at the end of 2022. Kitzmiller joined Team Hornaday Development where he’s been guided through growth in his driving skills and professional development.
During the 2024 season, he posted four Grand National wins, eight legend oval wins and two legend road course wins. He also snagged the Grand National Series Rookie of the Year title.
The World Series of Asphalt begins its traditional nine nights of racing on Feb. 7, 2025. The series is still referenced as “Speedweeks” my many of its participants and race fans alike.
