ABOUT US:
- Rackley W.A.R., a competitive NASCAR Truck team and Late Model Development program based in Centerville, TN, is driven by a passion for racing and a history of achievement. Our commitment and dedication were highlighted in 2023 when our Truck team earned a playoff appearance. Through our Late Model program, we are committed to nurturing aspiring NASCAR drivers, providing them with the groundwork for future success on the track.
Internship Highlights
- Collaborate directly with our skilled engineering team, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in NASCAR racing technology.

- Assist with crucial tasks like vehicle setup documentation, simulation, data analysis, testing, and on-track operations, contributing directly to our success.
- Be an active participant in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
- Frequent travel may be required as well as non-typical work hours.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- Strong academic background with a focus on relevant coursework.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and vehicle dynamics principles is a plus.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly detailed documentation, note taking, and written communication skills.
- Excellent Teamwork skills
