DRIVER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – PRO AND SUPER LATE MODEL RACING
Rackley W.A.R. offers Pro and Super Late Model programs for drivers with a proven history of success in previous series’ and who can bring funding to their race program. Historically, Rackley W.A.R. has fielded development teams at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway (Nashville, TN), Crisp Motorsports Park (Cordele, GA), Montgomery Motor Speedway (Montgomery, AL), 5 Flags Speedway (Pensacola, FL), New Smyrna Speedway (New Smyrna Beach, FL), and South Alabama Speedway (Kinston, AL) among others.
Within the development program, Rackley W.A.R. offers professional motorsports engineering, equipment, mentorship, marketing, management, and a suite of other industry-related services for professional race car drivers, race teams and industry sponsors.

THE PROGRAM
The driver development program is overseen by Willie Allen, 2007 NASCAR Craftsman® Truck Series Rookie of the Year and 2015 Pro Late Model Track Champion at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway. When time permits, Allen still competes in Pro and Super Late Model events for the team. NASCAR Xfinity® Series driver and former NASCAR Craftsman® Truck Series driver for Rackley W.A.R., Josh Berry, of Hendersonville, TN also takes the wheel of a Rackley W.A.R. Super Late Model at select events.
